Taking a few days off from working. Kidlet has come down with a cold. So I’m making more elderberry syrup. We go thru this all winter long. I use 2 cups dried elderberry, 8 cups water and add vanilla, lemon, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom. This is what I have on hand. You can use whatever you want. I do mine in the instant pot for 1/2 hour and then let rest til warm, strain well and add raw honey to taste. Store in fridge. Good stuff.
